The Lab Manager will be responsible for coordinating work for teams in charge of product and process development, manufacturing and customer support. Will manage data collection from preliminary test analysis and results. Will work in cross-functional teams to develop new opportunities. Qualifications: - MS/PhD Polymer Science degree- Significant experience in rubber compounding with knowledge of rubber chemistry, mixing and processing and testing- Leadership and/or management potential, some experience desired- Excellent communication skills.
