Director of Client Services

cruiters is seeking a Director of Client Services. This role will be responsible for day-to-day client interaction as the leader of the team, directly responsible for determining client needs and making sure those are exceeded. The Director of Client Services will begin working with clients from the time they are introduced as a lead, all the way through the event execution to the final stage in the process.   Requirements: • Five years’ experience in a Line Producer/Executive Producer role • 5+ years of client services experience planning and executing large scale corporate events (1,000 + attendees and budgets of $250k into the millions) for multiple clients at a time • Strategic leadership abilities • Management experience • Creativity and technical knowledge are required. Putting on memorable events requires a firm grasp on media production, costs and the most current trends in technology related to presentation capabilities utilized during corporate event production. • Account management experience • Stellar customer service skills • Budgeting for large events requiring intricate A/V needs • Contract negotiation experience • Project management skills • Experience dealing directly with clients at all stages of event production - from concept to completion - ensuring that the client is happy at all times. • Experience working with creative directors and media buyers • Creative thinking abilities - we need someone who can dream big but remain within a budget. • Experience creating SOW's • Budgeting experience - this role will be collaborating with the client to come up with concepts and it will be the Director of Client Services' job to lay out the budget for the client • Contract/negotiations experience • Process and procedure creation and implementation • Project management experience • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM Software and project management software skills
