This is a full time, direct-hire opportunity with our Client - one of the leading suppliers of in-flight products to the airline/aviation industry. Our Client provides a full range of in-flight products, supplying both off-the-self and custom-made items. This is a six-figure career opportunity (based on experience), plus offers additional earning/commission potential!   Requirements: ***In-Flight Services/Product experience is necessary Bachelors/Graduate Degree in Business related subject 5 years’ experience in position-related occupation Proficiency with MS Office suite Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus   Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources Regularly travel to existing and prospective customers to solicit orders Negotiate prices with customers Prepares reports of business transactions Attends trade shows, conferences, seminars   ** If interested in being considered for this position, please apply with an updated copy of your resume and a brief summary of your qualifications with respect to this role.
