cruiters is seeking a Marketing Director. This role will be responsible for multi-channel internal and external marketing and communication efforts that drive in new business and increase member loyalty.​ The Marketing Director develops and implements effective brand marketing programs and communications to existing and potential members and existing and potential Business Partners.​ You will be responsible for the management, reporting and analysis of member data through technology and utilizing that data to increase member profitability.​   Responsibilities: Develop and design marketing programs/​material for print and web advertisements, newsletters, emails, social media, blogs, direct mail, signs, and community relations, ensuring proper approval processes, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.​ Coordinates and implements projects through fruition.​ Development and execution of various marketing promotions (both internal and external) including development of concepts, copy, and graphic design and coordinate any third party vendor work such as printing and mail house services.​ Oversee company’s research efforts through the application of technology to generate queries and prepare reports that assess the credit union’s performance and opportunities in serving members with financial products and services.​ Monitor data related to product usage patterns, member demographic trends, etc.​ and make recommendations on improving profitability.​ Apply technology to assist in targeting communications, promotions and direct mail pieces that drive member action and track results of marketing efforts.​ Promote the mission, products, services and image of the company on a continuing basis to all staff, members, volunteers, and the community at large.​ Participates in company sponsored community events and attends various meetings, luncheons, etc.​ of local chamber and civic organizations.​ Maintain the company website and mobile site including the design and implementation of pages, updating landing pages, monitoring, adding and deleting third party links, performing regularly scheduled audits, performing rate changes and working with departmental managers, as needed, to maintain the website to accommodate the specific requirements for the department.​ Provide general assistance and support to the Chief Administration Officer in the day to day marketing and community relations responsibilities.​ Composes and produces routine correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.​ Plan and coordinate events such as Annual Meeting, International Credit Union Day, youth week, community events and other special events as needed.​ Ensures timely Design and maintain stock of marketing materials including collateral, brochures and promotional items and coordinate orders as needed.​ Conduct branch visits for inventory purposes and timely delivery of marketing materials and supplies.​ May include inventory tracking, restocking, display set-up, meeting with branch personnel to discuss promotions or new initiatives as well as maintaining the credit union brand within the branches.​   Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field preferred.​ Minimum of 5 years previous experience in similar position; preferably in a financial institution.​ Knowledge of marketing, advertising and promotions required.​ Experience in using research tools and techniques in gathering, evaluating, and reporting statistical information.​ Desk Top Publishing programs such as Adobe Photoshop Elements, Adobe Page Maker and Microsoft Publisher.​ Experience with web-programming languages required, experience and knowledge of architecture, administration and maintenance of web sites desired.​
