Construction Superintendent

ntly, we are seeking Superintendents for projects in the NY Metro area and the surrounding boroughs AND Traveling Superintendents for projects located beyond this area. In this role, you will provide the management and technical direction for the safety, quality, productivity, and construction costs of all projects under management. Additional responsibilities include the following: Safety Pre-Job Planning and Post-Job Review Productivity - drive project schedules using field best practices Labor Budget Performance Timely/accurate field documentation Field/Subcontractor Coordination Customer Relations and Communications Quality Scheduling Training Proactive Communication Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance Leadership Travel (local for NY Metro area and surrounding boroughs; long distance/extended stay for out of area projects) is a requirement for this position.
