/>   Long established, 40 year old NYC based high end residential construction company seeking a highly qualified project manager with a minimum of 10 years experience renovating NYC apartments and townhouses specifically, valued at $1M - $10M.   Responsibilities will include; Managing multiple complex projects on time Managing project finances to meet and exceed projections Establishing and managing project processes, schedules and critical paths Scheduling and administering weekly site meetings with clients, architects and owners reps Reviewing drawings, specifications and shop drawings, raising/resolving questions/issues/concerns, developing a complete understanding of projects, identifying special needs and requirements visiting jobsites regularly to ensure quality control and monitor progress. Managing and overseeing site supers.  Managing project financials by meeting and exceeding budgetary requirements, preparing monthly payment requisitions, selecting and negotiating with vendors and subcontractors, implementing change orders and approving expenses/purchases. Preparing submittals for architect review and purchasing specialty items. Preparing weekly meeting agenda and meeting minutes, with the assistance of an APM leading/managing/coaching/training staff to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner while monitoring the efficiency and quality of work   Familiarity with Timberline operating a software would be helpful but training will be available.
