National Community Outreach Manager

ational Community Outreach Manager will be a member of a small and dynamic professional group. He/she will focus on managing the outreach team across 13 states while directly exploring meaningful opportunities with large corporate prospects. This position will develop and implement national communications protocols, and internal practices while successfully directing the national sales and retention campaign. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the position is based at our new office in SOHO, New York.   Duties will include:   Achieve targeted objectives for revenue and profitability consistent with the annual strategic plan Analyze business opportunities and develop outreach strategies for each region Develop and implement internal procedures to ensure efficient operations Manage each outreach and sales professional and confirm that goals are being reached Design and manage all national marketing materials Communicate sales strategies, company initiatives, and campaign strategies to ensure outreach and brand objectives are achieved Identify and pursue national and regional corporate leads Provide monthly reports and other information as needed Liaise with strategic partners in order to verify satisfaction, produce events, and collaborate on joint initiatives Manage relations with local municipalities and elected officials to proactively effect positive legislative outcomes Keep current on customer/competitor landscape and generate plan to secure market share objectives are achieved Represent Whitehouse & Schapiro in a manner consistent with company goals and values   Educational Requirements: BA degree required MA or MBA preferred   Skills and/or Experience Required: Five (5) to ten (10) years related experience Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to think creatively Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated Ability to work independently while also managing a team Ability to travel is required Prior experience working with national retailers is highly preferred Prior experience using a sales database is preferred
