Job Title: Service Delivery/Call Center Manager. Responsibilities: Manage and coach call center team operations. Establish and monitor call center metrics, quality, performance & training/development of a team of specialists. Experience/Skills Needed: Hands on coaching and management of call center operations including queue management, team performance, and knowledge management and measuring/coaching to metrics and quality controls. Expert level customer service skills with specialized skills in managing and team development/empowerment for providing service delivery for escalations. Salary: $32/Hour DOE. Hours: Full Time.
