Proficient in handling multiple tasks and responsibilities at once. Proactive in seeking guidance when appropriate; happy and capable of working independently to complete tasks to a high standard. Consistent and reliable in supporting Project Managers in fulfilling high profile projects. Has an eye for detail, and can dissect a problem down into small manageable parts, and then provide analysis on findings. The business is split into four divisions: Professional Qualifications – Regulatory and exam training including CFA and CQF Tailored Learning - intern, graduate and start of career cross functional training and highly specialized analytic training for those with 2+ years’ experience Open Course – tailored learning training opened to the public Learning Solutions (LS) YCOMPANY Exchange -  Video based e-learning Assessment solutions Managed solutions Role Purpose: As a Learning Solutions Project Manager, you will be part of a team that supports Global E-Learning projects for our clients, many of which are leading financial institutions, investment banks, asset managers and even educational institutions and utilities. You will be responsible and accountable for successful delivery of the projects in the Americas.   Responsibilities: Project Initiation (specification and planning) Work with Client Relationship Managers who have sold the solution, to understand scope and business objectives. Work with the client and internal stakeholders to convert high level statement of intents into detailed plans, including Statement of Works and Project Plans according to internal best practice approach. Use experience of managing projects to identify potential areas of risk and concern and escalate or address these. Provide draft project plans, preliminary eLearning screens to client to manage expectations. Research Investigate and understand the context driving client requirements – for example regulatory background, technological constraints, L&D policies Communication & Delivery Manage internal resources (subject matter experts, portal designers, software development, content teams, reporting) to deliver according to agreed plan. Manage issues where they arise either through remedial action or appropriate and prompt escalation Track, monitor and manage key deliverables and project milestones Communicate to all project stakeholders, and the client continuously, using a preset communications plan Project Documentation Build out project documents  -  examples include Statement of Work, Gantt Chart, Risk Management document, Quality Assurance Chart etc. Track and control project costs Track and control project quality Track on control project milestones to ensure overall project timeline is met Reporting and relationship management Instil confidence in all parties as to project outcome. Work with clients to ensure they are supported through project process.
