Account Coordinator (Multiple openings)

Minimum 1 year professional or internship sales experience selling or supporting SaaS, service sales (not products). Tech and social media savvy, intellectual curiosity, tenacity.   Our client is a rising marketing technology company helping brands create and publish content at social scale.   The Account Coordinator directly supports a team of Account Managers and sales executives as needed. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and client-focused.   Responsibilities: Assist sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients and building relationships through cold calling, email and other tactics. Schedule client meetings for your account executives or manager. Take ownership of large and small projects with a positive attitude.   Requirements: 1+ year’s experience working as a sales assistant or direct sales person Must be able to successfully articulate the company’s value proposition Can successfully cold call and schedule meetings with prospective clients Has had successful prospect interaction and knows when to escalate issues Solid understanding of prospects' industries and businesses Must be able to "map" prospect organizations to identify potential new economic, user, and technical customers and promoters within these client companies Methodical usage of CRM (SFDC) systems Proficient in necessary programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)   Preferred: Experience selling software products to brands. Able to provide client references of past sales work.
