Client Development Director
ry: Centric Digital, (www.centricdigital.com), a NYC-based Digital Strategy and Solutions Company, is looking for a dynamic Client Development Director with a proven track record in driving sales to help accelerate the company’s growth strategy. The Client Development Director will: Source, identify and convert new business deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. At Centric Digital, you will sell the services of a world class Insights Practice that help client’s evaluate and define digital business strategy and product development roadmaps. You will also sell the services of an integrated Solutions business that enable our clients to realize the recommendations of our Digital Audit team. This includes application prototyping, creating design style guides, building responsive sites that are platform agnostic and deliver a memorable user experience. The Client Development team expands business relationships with strategically important large clients, and develops new business relationships with prospects ranging from high-potential startups to Fortune 100 Companies. Simply put, this is a digitally savvy "hunter" with a track record of closing new business, who is also interested in managing accounts and mining for new opportunities. Your Background: Sales/Business Development role at the Enterprise level selling complex products and services (i.e., Consulting, Data, Analytics, etc.) Experience with more complex sales cycles that run 3-9+ months 10+ years industry experience with the business acumen to match Digitally Fluent - You can easily speak to digital trends including: Social, mobile, UX Design, Digital Marketing, Cloud Computing and Ecommerce Proven ability to influence the most demanding C-Level Executive. Background will include prior experience communicating with roles such as Chief Digital Officer, COO, CFO and CEO Prior experience working for an SMB or startup a plus where you need to develop your own leads as we grow our Sales Enablement team Intermediate+ skills with PowerPoint, Excel and ability to quickly adjust to the many cloud apps we use to run our business Outstanding stand up presentation skills BA/BS. MBA a plus Travel requirement will be up to 50%
