Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing and growing client base by selling temporary services Manage business development efforts to meet and or exceed targets Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing clients Negotiate bill rates and conversion fees with clients   Desired Skills & Experience BA/BS degree with a minimum of 3 years recruiting/staffing experience.
