Energized from meeting and talking to people An ex-developer who can look at a github account and tell the difference between a valuable coding contribution versus a simple clone of a repository. You have experience in asking the questions that create insight into the motivations and capabilities of a developer. Organized, process driven, in a simple elegant way that results in easy to understand summary reports Sensitive to creating and contributing to a startup culture where the rewards of freedom, mastery and purpose are the guideposts Experience in international recruiting with keen insight to the different strengths that different parts of the world offers Large capacity for work to achieve the goal Excited to be part of a growing company where you can make a meaningful contribution What your day might look like Write / post new positions Review video responses in our CleverHire system Schedule and have 2nd round interviews via google hangout Email followups, send offer letters, and onboard new hires Coordinate technical and culture interviews for our leaders group Review contributors to our own open source projects for top prospects Creatively design events to embed talent acquisition into our ongoing marketing efforts Develop new ways to reward and recognize If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, fully remote, 8h/day, 40h/week, 160h/month offer. We only require that you work at least 5 hours within New York’s 9am-5pm. For US residents: this is corp-2-corp, not W2
