ery Manager - Agile Green Hopper Scrum Offshore - NY Location: NY Experience: 5-10 Years   Description: We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager having responsibility for managing expectations internally and externally regarding schedules, budgets, potential risks and issues. We are looking for a  5-10 Years experienced person for the Delivery Manager position.   Job Responsibilities: Accountable and responsible for all aspects of a client engagement from end to end. Managing expectations internally and externally regarding schedules, budgets, potential risks and issues. Managing the client relationship by properly communicating project status and risks Developing key project documentation – e.g., statements-of-work, status reports, meeting agendas, burn reports, etc. Coaching teams and educating clients on Agile best practices with a focus on Scrum Guiding team transparency with clear and accurate team metrics.   Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a project manager for software development projects Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices is essential Background in managing software development projects required Background in managing development of online media campaigns and web site initiatives preferred Strong team-building and influencing skills, a detail-oriented disposition and clear, concise communication skills. Experience in working with offshore teams a plus Experience using Jira’s Agile software (Green Hopper) a plus   Qualifications: BS degree – Major in Technical discipline preferred   Full Time Permanent Position for a large US Company.   BI-254
