BI-254 Delivery Manager - Scrum Agile Green Hopper Offshore Location: Job is in NY Domain: IT Experience: 5-10 Years   Experienced Delivery Manager is required having responsibility experience using Jira’s Agile software (Green Hopper) a plus   Educational Qualifications: BS degree – Major in Technical discipline preferred   Job Responsibilities:   Accountable and responsible for all aspects of a client engagement from end to end. Coaching teams and educating clients on Agile best practices with a focus on Scrum Guiding team transparency with clear and accurate team metrics. Managing expectations internally and externally regarding schedules, budgets, potential risks and issues. Managing the client relationship by properly communicating project status and risks Developing key project documentation – e.g., statements-of-work, status reports, meeting agendas, burn reports, etc.   Job Requirements & Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a project manager for software development projects Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices is essential Experience in working with offshore teams a plus Experience using Jira’s Agile software (Green Hopper) a plus Background in managing software development projects required Background in managing development of online media campaigns and web site initiatives preferred Strong team-building and influencing skills, a detail-oriented disposition and clear, concise communication skills.   Full Time Permanent Position for a large US Company.   "Make sure the Skill Set, experience and justification for the job must be well demonstrated in your updated resume, Otherwise client will assume that you are not qualified for the job, even if you are.
