Delivery Manager - Agile Green Hopper Scrum

Time Permanent Position for a large US Company. Location: Job is in NY     Experience: 5-10 Years Experienced Delivery Manager is required having responsibility for managing expectations internally and externally regarding schedules, budgets, potential risks and issues. Job Responsibilities: Accountable and responsible for all aspects of a client engagement from end to end. Managing expectations internally and externally regarding schedules, budgets, potential risks and issues. Managing the client relationship by properly communicating project status and risks Developing key project documentation – e.g., statements-of-work, status reports, meeting agendas, burn reports, etc. Coaching teams and educating clients on Agile best practices with a focus on Scrum Guiding team transparency with clear and accurate team metrics. Job Requirements & Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a project manager for software development projects Experience in working with offshore teams a plus Experience using Jira’s Agile software (Green Hopper) a plus Most have knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices is essential Strong team-building and influencing skills, a detail-oriented disposition and clear, concise communication skills.
