Senior Service Desk Analyst - Leading Asset

Their tremendous growth contributed to their succcessful IPO and they are searching for a Senior Service Desk Analyst with strong help desk and infrastructure experience to join their IT services support team in New York. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Serve in the role of a senior support technician as a source of guidance, feedback, and technical expertise for more junior members of the services support team Service and support desktop computing technology for the various business units, including installation, repair, replacement and warranty of software and hardware Delivers regular, ongoing preventative maintenance activity to desktop applications and hardware Ensures all required documentation is kept current, all support activities are properly logged and tracked in Service-Now and other operational support systems Troubleshoots and fixes any hardware and software issues Responds and completes email and phone call requests from in a timely and courteous manner Ensures minimal delays and accurate resolution for all IT services consumers Conducts scheduled walk-through of assigned facilities to ensure all systems are operational WHAT YOU NEED: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred Certifications (MCSE, MCP, A+ hardware) preferred Experience with scripting language preferred Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft desktop and server products Knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server products as well as telecom, messaging and infrastructure software (Avaya) Experience with packaging and deployment of software using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Expertise utilizing Active Directory, Exchange, network and development Knowledge of and experience working in an ITIL Framework WHAT YOU GET: Competitive base + discretionary bonus Join a culture that is described as collaborative, entrepreneurial, friendly, and corporately responsible Work with a firm that respects and recognizes high quality work Catered meals daily Health + Dental + Vision 401K + matching So, if you are a Senior Service Desk Analyst with proven experience in IT services within the financial services sector and looking to join a high growth company, apply today.
