Retail Corporation in NY needs: Senior Web Services Trainer at least 3+ years of related technical training experience Knowledge of JDeveloper, XML, SOAP and WSDLs. Experience writing and/or maintaining documentation such as user manuals, reference guides, FAQs and online help text. Knowledge of and application development experience in Java and/or C# programming languages, J2EE and .NET development platform. Experience with instructional design and delivery software such as Authorware, Articulate, Captivate, Snagit, WebEx, Skype, GoToTraining and GoToMeeting. Training certification such as CTT+, CDIA+, and/or PTT. Excellent presentation and classroom management skills, as well as strong knowledge of training design and development methodologies. senior technical training professional. This role will focus on developing and delivering instructor led training sessions and web-based eLearning modules for partners and clients for our Enterprise Information & Imaging applications. Must be able to work within tight deadlines in a fast paced, software development and sales environment. This position requires frequent travel to customer sites. This position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job, and must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies. Responsibilities:   Developing technical training courses for instructor led classes as well as a variety of eLearning delivery methods. Developing hands on labs and exercises to ensure and measure understanding. Delivering courses, labs and exercises to students in a variety of training techniques. Applications development savvy, with solid understanding of Web Services. Hands-on development experience is a plus. A demonstrated ability to gather information from subject matter experts. Exceptional interpersonal abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional, proactive approach to problem solving and completing project activities. Reliability, a sense of accountability and excellent follow-through habits. The ability to rapidly learn new technologies and processes.
