Ad Operations Specialist

ole: The Specialist, Ad Operations and Technology is responsible for the day-to-day trafficking and management of Havas Media campaigns. This will require daily interaction with our internal teams such as Account and Analytics, and our external clients to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of all advertising campaigns. About the Role: The Specialist, Ad Operations and Technology will report to the Director, Ad Operations and Technology with responsibilities including: Manage and traffic campaigns in DCM/Sizmek Oversee media tracking and analytics set up and implementation Active participation in media planning discussions regarding trafficking strategies and related operational issues Improve data quality by collaborating with the media, analytics and Artemis teams to ensure campaigns are structured in a way to produce optimal data outputs QA ads to ensure they meet site specs and ad server requirements Troubleshoot issues with ads or tags Generate, QA, and troubleshoot implementation of conversion tags Resolve discrepancies with Analytics team   About You: A bachelor’s degree from 4 year university, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in Ad Ops Extensive trafficking experience with Doubleclick and/or Sizmek Understanding of rich media, dynamic creative, mobile and video ads units Knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript Proficient in Microsoft Excel Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills needed to work in a cross functional company environment Entrepreneurial spirit, full of initiative, and ready to roll up your sleeves Extreme organizational skills and highly detail oriented About Us: We'll provide you a competitive salary based on your experience, plus great benefits (employee sponsored health and dental, 401(k), great vacation and work environment We'll provide you with a fun and challenging job with opportunity for growth We listen to your opinions about our company and encourage you to contribute in ways that interest you
