Entry Level Marketing

ob Window is seeking an Entry Level Marketing Representative to be primarily responsible for driving local marketing campaigns through the management of targeted promotional events, field marketing campaigns, client acquisition strategies and brand promotions. In addition, the position supports the Marketing Manager to execute regional retail & field marketing campaigns and promotional marketing projects. This is an ENTRY LEVEL position as the marketing representative will complete a training program under the Marketing Manager which is designed to cross train the entry level marketing employee in campaign management, client relations, team leadership and customer service. Job Description:   Set clear goals together with the Marketing Manager to drive brand promotions & field marketing campaigns in order to expand the consumer base of our client Opportunity to train an develop other members of our marketing teams Ensure that branded/supported campaigns are maximized to best reach target consumer base Assist with sales support and processing of consumer requests for clients Manage retail events & field marketing campaigns individually and in a team environment Some travel required to assist with the product/service launches and open up test markets for field marketing campaigns in the LOCAL area Integrate and organize client visibility and brand recognition through field marketing & client acquisition techniques Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Experience in marketing, sales or customer service is an asset for this entry level role Ability to thrive in a team environment Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities Proven track record of leadership Strong organizational skills Competitive Mindset Bachelor's Degree preferred (studies in the area of marketing is a huge plus!)
