With offices across the country and internationally   Location: New York, NY Summary: Our client is looking for an outstanding Confirmit programmer that can head up a department of less than 10 programmers in their New York City office. The chief responsibility for the Department head would include anything related to programming internet surveys for market research projects while being the subject matter expert to a team of onsite programmers and providing guidance and instruction to junior members of the team. Some Responsibilities: Excellent programming aptitude is required to be considered to lead this department Interact daily with internal research and field teams Identify program inefficiencies, provide solutions, and implement improvements. collaborate with Management on new accounts to determine project requirements and support business development activities keep apprised of new technology or survey techniques in the market oversee team of programmers and their processes and progress ensuring on time and within budget results Requirements: Must have 7-10 years of survey programming experience with a significant portion of that working with ConfirmIt At least 3-5 years of your experience should be in programming market research surveys You should have the ability to understand logic, identify logic errors, and make logic recommendations Must have knowledge of Confirmit reportal You should have the ability to follow standards and practices Some experience with VB, SPSS, Javascript or Quantum a definite plus Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential to perform this job   YOU WILL WORK FROM OUR NEW YORK CITY OFFICE
