/>   PROPERTY MANAGER: 200 + Multifamily LIHTC   Requirements: BA/BS degree preferred 3+ years of property management experience specifically with LIHTC and Section 8 Certification as Real Property Administrator and/or Certified Property Manager is preferred Yardi/Pay Scan experience preferred Working knowledge of local building and fire codes Ability to organize and coordinate efficiently, set priorities and motivate team members Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines Strong written and oral communication Strong problem solving skills   Essential Functions​: Budgeting Management/Supervisory experience of building and manitenace staff Respond to after-hour emergences whenever necessary Tenant Relations Address concerns in a timely manner Create and implement preventative maintenance program property-wide • Identify prospective contracts and obtain bids for ongoing property maintenance     *Salary up to $52,000
