/> Administrative Assistant - As the Administrative Assistant you will be working for an Iconic Retailer. Salary based on experience and is between 15 - 16.50 hr PLUS medical/dental benefits when eligible soon after 90 day wait period Position for growth-stage, four year old retail company Multi-Corporate, fast growing environment – great opportunity for professional development Position reports directly to experienced Executive Buyer Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Providing all administrative and clerical support to the Buying Line Sustain and support the department by providing assistance to facilitate all administrative services Partner with other departments in order to accomplish goals for all company expectations and deadlines Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently to meet all goals and expectations Ability to withhold all duties in a face-paced environment Successfully complete special projects and assignments as directed and take the initiative to find the resources necessary to do so The ability to provide creative solutions and input for organizational presentations, spreadsheets, reports and for the betterment of the department MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS FOR ALL MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS: EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT… ETC. This full time position will allow the candidate company offered benefits and growth potential. If you are a DETAIL ORIENTED PROFESSIONAL and TRUE TEAM PLAYER, able to establish priorities and organize efficiently, with the desire to join a company on the leading edge please submit your resume. Additional requirements of the Retail Staff Accountant include: Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years professional experience in an office environment (public or private industry) Strong MS Office application skills including advanced Excel knowledge Strong written & verbal communication skills with full command of the English language
