lent Compensation Offered   The individual in this position will effectively managing the operation, direction, projects and training of Overnight Cleaning Teams in providing a safe and clean environment for the members.   MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE... MUST HAVE JANITORIAL OVERNIGHT EXPERIENCE... MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILLS   Job Responsibilities Multiple location supervision Staff Management Prior experience managing the execution of “deep cleaning” activities including floor care, Janitorial equipment, pressure washing, grout cleaning, vinyl and tile rehab, and detail cleaning Inspect and schedule light repair and preventative maintenance including touch up painting and equipment moving Adhere and implement operational excellence standards related to maintaining a clean and functional club environment Oversee the cleanliness of the locker room, building exterior, parking lots, entrance, hallways, staircases, exercise area, studios, courts, babysitting room, pools and offices Ensure all supplies are ordered, stocked and maintained (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, etc) while controlling operating expenses Enforce safety standards: monitor the use of protective gear, identify and correct tripping and slipping hazards, correct faulty cleaning equipment and ensure all MSDS materials are up to date and easily accessible Review and adjust staffing schedules to meet business needs   Requirements Two or more years managing cleaning services in a commercial or retail environment Availability to work overnight Excellent verbal and written communication skills New York State Drivers License Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
