e help find Abby! Abby is missing/taken from Tighlman Island, MD on July 4. She is an 18 month old, 85 lb. Rottweiler who is microchipped and spayed. Abby has a distinct eye and docked tail. Abby is a beloved pet and a volunteer with Operation Second Chance that supports wounded military personnel. There is a reward for her safe return.
