Winnie is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks. She has a blue collar and matching blue flowered hat standing 11 tall. She's marked on the bottom, "Patented Winnie USA". "Smiley" is also a coin bank with a coin slot at the back of his head. He's marked on the bottom, "Patented Smiley Shawnee USA", in great condition standing 10 tall with a little nick in one ear.
