Antique A&P grocery butcher block table 6

It's solid throughout, hardwood. I have a faint recollection of someone telling me it's maple but I cannot be positive. It shows obvious wear from years of use in the butcher shop and has the signature "scoop" areas where the most use took place. The photos were taken only from the outward facing side of the block because it was impossible for me to move it in order to get varied views. It has six turned legs, I do not know if they are removable. It's extremely heavy.
