ng Edge Financial Firm Bachelor' s Degree a Must AMAZING PERKS Payroll process for domestic offices and backup for international • Proactively identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving payroll related issues and discrepancies; • Playing a key role in the payroll integration project with Workday; • Developing and maintaining processes to ensure best practices, internal controls, compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and the Company's policies and procedures; • Ensuring the accuracy of payroll data in our systems on an ongoing basis; • Helping to set up new international locations as needed; • Providing regular and ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed. Requirements Include: • Minimum 7 years total experience, with significant prior Payroll management experience in a mid-sized or large organization. • • Familiarity with ADP, Workday or other HRIS applications and report writing tools is a plus.
