Senior Project Manager - Telecom

iew: Senior Project Manager – Reviewer Account Manager (SPM) will be responsible for supervising and managing projects from beginning to end and reviewing deliverables prior to submission to Clients. SPM will be responsible for specific Client(s) management, interaction and their overall satisfaction with services provided.   The SPM will have experience in evaluating and conducting environmental and regulatory compliance specific to the wireless telecommunications infrastructure industry.   Responsibilities: Preparing scopes of work on behalf of Clients for proposed and existing wireless telecommunications facilities; Coordinating, reviewing and/or completing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions and other conditions of environmental concerns; Coordinating, reviewing and/or completing submission of FCC Form 620 and 621 Section 106; Coordinating, reviewing and/or completing tribal consultations for proposed and existing wireless telecommunications facilities; Coordinating, reviewing and/or completing FCC NEPA Screenings and Assessments for proposed and existing wireless telecommunications facilities; Communicating environmental and regulatory issues to Clients, updating internal tracking systems and preparing updates to Clients on a regular basis; and Delivering outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to Clients needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology or related fields; 5 years of environmental experience in preparing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, wireless telecommunications environmental and/or regulatory compliance; Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental requirements; Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized; Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; Excellent verbal and written communication; and Ability to travel.
