Business Development Manager

ecruiters is seeking a Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for working closely with potential dealers to understand, evaluate and develop customized programs that meet their business needs. The position will be focused on our medical alert monitoring service. You will create new strategic business relationships to sell our medical alert services. Your focus is to think creatively to onboard new partners into our reseller program to increase overall sales. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your “hunting” skills and be involved in a fast paced and growing industry.​   Responsibilities · Build relationships with strategic partners to ensure satisfaction and drive sales growth.​ · Focus on new business development and managing complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.  A “hunter” approach to the position is essential.​ · Work closely with other internal departments to ensure the partner’s requirements are fulfilled.​ · Identify and grow opportunities within a territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.​ · Develop a solid understanding of the industry to elevate your sales success.​ · This position will be 75% inside sales from our corporate office and 25% trade shows/visiting large clients   Requirements · 5+ years of inside sales experience with a strong track record of achievement.​ · Bachelors degree required · Healthcare, medical devise or pharmaceutical background is a plus · B2B sales are a plus · Must be entrepreneurial minded and sales oriented · Must be interested in developing reseller opportunities · Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills · Excellent verbal and written communications skills   Salary/Benefits We offer a competitive base salary and a generous bonus incentive plan.​  You will participate in a thorough training program to give you the skills to succeed.​  Employees are entitled to a generous comprehensive benefits package including: · Medical · Dental · Vision · Prescription · Flexible Spending Accounts · Transportation/Commuter Expense Savings Programs · 401K Program with company matching
