ion: This person can live anywhere in the US. ~~Duties and responsibilities: 1. Lead team of Inside Sales, Product management, Field Sales and BD personnel in working with current Channel/Resellers and associated vendors. 2. Recruiting and developing new Channel Partners as well as driving accelerated growth from existing partners 3. Establish strategic relationships with key vendors and suppliers 4. Drive a consistent discipline across the field organization including joint business plans and business reviews. 5. Accelerate Vertical markets 6. Manage forecast and budgets 7. Ownership of strategic plan and execution including marketing plan 8. Identification and implementation of tools to support solutions offered and customer experience 9. Accelerate execution of the strategic business plan including innovative channel offerings 10. Collaborate with other lines of business to develop initiatives across other divisions and / or regions The successful candidate will be a high energy, proven leader, Outside Field sales Exec with many years of experience working with Channel Partners/Resellers. Knowledge of Distribution a plus. The candidate must come from the Telecom or I.T. industry. This position will lead a team of 75.
