Salesforce Administrator

ology Consulting/Product Marketing firm   The Administrator will serve as the company’s go-to resource for all internal clients using Force.com and Salesforce.com and will build and maintain processes to ensure the applications can be used effectively to manage data and solve business challenges.   Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, test and maintain system enhancements related to the systems’ use as productivity tool and business platform for all user groups. Provide user support and research and teach best practices for maximum utility. Maintain user profiles and requirements and assist in creating solutions for business issues. Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflows and custom additions for client or third-party processes. Create and maintain pages and objects, fields, formulas, and provide technical assistance to address changing business needs. Design and provide complex reports, dashboards, etc. for key decision support to senior management. Maintain all necessary documentation regarding security and access, systems enhancements and integration with other applications.   Required qualifications: Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Salesforce administration or developer role Competency in designing, coding, testing, debugging, etc., on the Salesforce platform. Demonstrated experience in developing Salesforce integrations with other applications / systems. Experience with systems troubleshooting and quality assurance. Demonstrated analytical skills with business requirements and technical solutions. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong work ethic.  Force.com Developer or Salesforce.com Administrator certification a plus.
