PETITIVE SALARY OFFERED The Benefits Administrator position is responsible for planning the day-to-day operations of group benefit programs, included but not limited to; group health, dental, short term disability, workers compensation, life insurance, flexible spending, commuter and 401(k), and provide excellent customer service. Specific Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate daily benefit processing for enrollments, changes, Cobra, terminations, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, distributions, loans, hardships Oversee maintenance of employee benefit files and updating of employee payroll records Administer open enrollment and monthly enrollment processes Distribute materials for benefit orientations and open enrollment Responds to questions regarding employee policies, benefit plans, eligibility Interacts with benefit carriers regarding claims and billing issues Processes the reconciliation of monthly billings for all group plans, including payment of vendors Provide customer service support to internal and external customers Performs other tasks as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of company policies and procedures is preferred Bachelors degree and three to five years of related benefits or employee benefit administration experience required Excellent communication and organization skills are required Proven ability to work in a team environment.  Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines Strong analytical skills and thorough knowledge of plan designs Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office, Kronos HRIS, Kronos Timekeeper, ADP Payforce, Oracle and Access are required Knowledge of all federal and state regulations including PPACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, SECTION 125, Workers Compensation, Medicare and DOL requirements
