xpansion is Opening the Doors of Opportunity   Job Description: Brand Ambassador - Full-Time Position   Brand Ambassador Job Purpose: Learns sales process by completing training assignments and rotation.   Brand Ambassador Job Duties: Under direction from the Selling Manager, the Brand Ambassador is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, building individual and vendor line sales volumes, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, working effectively with other team members and establishing new accounts, while demonstrating consistent adherence to company standards and procedures. Additionally, the Brand Ambassador will drive the business of a specific vendor line by focusing on client development, communication of vendor initiatives, and leading and developing the line's business. Utilizing Marketing on 6th’s clienteling system, the Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving their business and creating their success.   Skills/Qualifications: Energy Level Self-Motivated Self-Development Motivation Verbal Communication Handles Rejection Deals with Uncertainty Handles Pressure Self-Confidence Business Knowledge Meeting Goals   Salary: $20,000—$50,000 (Base plus bonus structures)   *Please Note: This events and promotions work, not a door to door or tele-marketing position*
