ecutive Administrative Assistant is needed to support a team of several associates as well as an executive within a global, NYC-based top firm. This individual will serve as a facilitator for all processes. Experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is very much preferred. Some of the responsibilities in support of this team include: -Calendar management and travel arrangements: scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, flights, Visas, cars, hotels, and other reservations -Management of conference rooms -Invoicing -Contact management -Welcoming of guests -Expense reports -Event coordination -Creating and editing documents -Work on various projects such as creating PowerPoint presentations -Overseeing of e-mail correspondences -File management and organization -Office supply orders Requirements: -Ability to work well with all levels of clients, management, staff and vendors -3+ years of experience interacting with executives and clients -Discreet and confidential -Experience handling scheduling of group meetings and logistics -Strong Microsoft Office skills - PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel are a must The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills. A keen eye to detail is a must. Someone who is extremely organized by nature and can handle coordinating travel arrangements, demonstrates great judgment skills and can multi-task.
