Vice President of Marketing

ecruiters is seeking a Vice President of Marketing. This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy for both the service and sales divisions of our client. The VP of Marketing has unique responsibilities for each of these business divisions with the key objective of creating a unique company branding message that pervades all mediums through which the company may be viewed (internet, storefront and merchandising, company website, traditional marketing channels, etc.)   Overall Duties and Responsibilities · Develop and establish short and long-range strategic and tactical marketing plans for both the service and sales divisions · Continually research and develop strategies and plans identifying direct and other new marketing opportunities · Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results · Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets · Directly manage major and critical client accounts · Directly manage vendor relationships · Provide insight and ongoing company strategy as it relates to dynamic content and web-based, targeted marketing campaigns · Develop and manage social network marketing channels via blogs, Facebook, Twitter, and other popular social platforms as they emerge   Position Requirements · Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing with a minimum of (6) plus years of proven marketing and business strategy experience · Experience building a successful marketing team · Experience with web-based sales and marketing initiatives in a retail marketing environment combined with a strong understanding of internet based marketing techniques and trends · Experience building and managing SEO and SEM metrics and other web marketing strategies (dynamic content, targeted marketing, etc.) to enhance website visibility · Proven track record of effective project and staff management and the ability to build and maintain high level relationships · Experience in branding a product or company with focus on rapid growth in the form of overall company visibility and increased lead (customer) generation
