Senior Manager - Digital Marketing & Social

pportunity You will own the digital marketing function for retail/consumer clients within the ecommerce division of a fast growing international money transfer and payments company. TRANSFAST.com is actively looking for a talented and ambitious Digital Marketing and Social Media Expert to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the aggressive growth of the company’s online retail customer acquisition model as well as our social media consumer engagement strategy and execution. A demonstrable track record of success in retail customer acquisition, strong consumer-oriented communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset will be critical to success in this role.   Responsibilities Include Determining online product positioning based on competitive landscape analyses. Developing creative and executing cost-effective strategies to drive meaningful, measurable user growth. Developing and executing affiliate marketing opportunities. Contributing to development and implementation of SEO & SEM strategies, paid search & retargeting strategies. Managing the online marketing creative process targeting Latin American, Philippines, & India. Developing digital marketing strategies and then drive results through by testing and metrics. Creating, executing, and managing social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Monitoring, listening, and responding to users in a social way while maintaining TRANSFAST brand positioning and voice. Implementing a proactive strategy for capturing customer online reviews. Monitoring online ratings and responding accordingly. Identifying threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business and escalating appropriate issues to management.   Desired Skills and Experience 5-10 years of relevant marketing experience in online money transfer, payments, financial service, consumer service, and/or packaged goods industry. Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets coupled with qualitative information to support recommendations and strategies. Possess knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience. Demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples) Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
